The goal of Psychotherapy is to not only alleviate the most obvious symptoms, but to help you lead healthier, happier, more productive lives.

Some of life’s challenges may interfere with the quality and enjoyment of your life. These challenges are usually not caused by just one thing and engaging in treatment that explores all possible root causes will help you gain understanding and enjoy your life with more pleasure and creativity.

I specialize in sexuality and gender identity, and offer sensitive, non-judgmental, and astute care for:

  • Transgender and Genderqueer People, Partners, and Families
  • Lesbians and Gay Men, Bisexual, Queer and Questioning People
  • Practitioners of Polyamory and Polyfidelity

My practice is based on the foundations of psychoanalytic theory to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I find that incorporating executive coaching into sessions (as appropriate) greatly assists with focusing on the “here and now”. I believe that working collaboratively to untangle confusing thoughts and patterns helps individuals move towards more gratifying lives. My thoughts and insights, however, serve only as a guide, as psychotherapy is all about each individual’s needs. Let’s explore and discover those needs together.
